to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the logistics operations for our clients, ensuring efficient supply chain management and delivery solutions.
*Key Responsibilities:** Investigate and resolve return cases, providing effective solutions. Collaborate with warehouses, customers and stakeholders to support daily operations. Handle exceptions and resolve system issues. Generate and manage daily/weekly/monthly reports for regional stakeholders. Address escalated issues with root cause analysis and action plans. Create and manage return orders and labels in the DHL system. *Requirements:** Fluency in English; German knowledge is an advantage. 1 to 1.5 years of experience in customer service/ international logistics.
