Monitor systems for tracking and reporting, ensuring smooth operations.
Investigate and resolve issues with shipments, providing effective solutions.
Collaborate with warehouses and stakeholders to support daily operations.
Handle exceptions and resolve stock and system issues.
Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Generate and manage daily/weekly/monthly reports for regional stakeholders.
Address escalated issues with root cause analysis and action plans.
