Logistics Customer Supply Coordinator

Order to Cash Duties:

• Amazon Orders - complete coverage from order acknowledgement to delivery in the Amazon portal and process
• Daily Open Order Report and Delivery Drop
• Inventory Allocations for Orders - Data Entry
• Portal Work - maintain data entry for Loblaws (LCL), Walmart, Giant Tiger, Dollar Tree, Gordon Food Service
• Manual Order Entry for Donations and Samples
• Customer Pick-up Appointment Entry
• Deductions - CM/DM Entry and Investigation
• Replenishment Report for major Grocery Channel Customers
• Credits and Rebills

Qualifications:

• Experience using an ERP System (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft 365, etc) for order processing
• Experience with entering data into major North American Retailers' web portals
• Experience dealing with chargebacks/deductions from retailers and the grocery channel
