Responsibilities

• Mineral Sales and Business/Logistics Support
  • Process sales and quotations for all clients, liaising with client purchasing departments, logistics operations, and internal staff to complete tasks.
  • Ensure sales and quotations are processed timely and meet client deadlines.
  • Maintain assigned stock points with regard to material availability and inventory accuracy through stock transfers, purchases, invoicing, and other appropriate processes.
  • Develop operational procedures as required.
  • Provide reporting and general assistance as needed.
  • Review uncompleted sales orders/quotations daily and take appropriate action to expedite them.
