Job Title Depot Security Officer Reporting to Customer Assurance Controllers Responsibilities Providing security for Luas customers, staff and assets, in depots proactively deterring and tackling criminal activity and anti-social behaviour including vandalism (50%) Providing customer support and assistance Competencies Ability to follow and respect safety procedures: Following safety procedures and being compliant with them is a priority within the role of Security Officer Customer service: Ability to deliver excellent face to face customer service to Luas customers. Reliability: Excellent attendance levels as well as punctuality are critical to this role. Flexibility: Being flexible within the role of depot security officer is important.
