A growing Design & Build Building Services Consultancy in Wilmslow is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to deliver a range of mechanical and electrical projects across the public sector, commercial properties, and residential buildings.

Established in 2018, the business is expanding rapidly and specialises in retrofit, refurbishment, and decarbonisation projects that support the UK's Net Zero Carbon targets.

The Role

* Manage multiple M&E projects valued between £25,000 and £1m

* Oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover

* Manage programmes, budgets, procurement, contractors, and subcontractors

* Coordinate design, construction, commissioning, and project delivery activities
