We are looking for an experienced M&A Corporate Development Manager to join our global M&A team. Our team includes a mix of seasoned founders, CEOs, CFOs and, product leaders, as well as M&A and business development professionals who work hard and have fun doing it.

As a member of our global M&A team and the leader of business development activities for the portfolio, you will lead our efforts in the identification of new acquisition targets and relationship building with existing targets. You will build strategies for engagement with companies in the software industry and develop creative methods for outreach. This critical function impacts the entire M&A cycle and helps spur our growth.
