Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad(WFO)

1 Provide L2/L3 support for macOS and Linux desktop systems

2 Diagnose and troubleshoot OS-level issues efficiently

3 Manage software installations, upgrades, and patching activities

4 Ensure system stability, security, and compliance

5 Maintain detailed documentation for issues, solutions, and processes

6 Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
