Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our 1st shift team. The Milling Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining milling machines to produce parts that meet our exacting standards and specifications.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up milling machines, including installing and adjusting tooling.
• Operating milling machines to perform machining operations, such as cutting, shaping, and finishing metal workpieces.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Inspecting machined parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Making necessary adjustments to machine settings to optimize performance and ensure dimensional accuracy.
