Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the building materials industry, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the Making Department supporting production and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Machine Operator

**Location:** Madison, NC

**Pay Range:** $15/hr plus production incentive

**Shift:** Monday – Friday 6:00 am until production is completed. Some Saturdays may be required.

+ Set up equipment correctly and monitor brick size and quality standards.
