**What's the Job?**

+ Operate assigned machinery such as resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses.
+ Complete operator maintenance programs (OMP) for assigned machines within the first ninety (90) days of employment.
+ Use saws, drills, and grinders to support manufacturing processes.
+ Consistently meet production requirements and quality standards.
+ Identify and correct unsafe or defective products to ensure safety and quality.
