MAHLE Plant Process Engineer - Optimize Molding

In this role, you will report to the Production Manager and be responsible for monitoring and improving the molding processes. Your expertise in problem-solving will help streamline operations and enhance product quality. You will guide technicians and implement necessary training across shifts to meet production goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: • Drive improvements in molding process cycle times • Supervise process technicians and troubleshoot quality issues • Collaborate with engineering on tooling development • Analyze costs and develop investment justifications • Conduct training to enhance operational efficiency
