Mainframe QA Lead

Responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on testing within the Credit Cards functional area, including test planning, design, case creation, and execution to deliver quality outcomes.
• Bring prior QE experience in Mainframe and API testing.
• Provide QE leadership and feedback throughout design and development to ensure solution quality.
• Apply strong business and technical understanding to design efficient test approaches and tooling strategies.
• Use test data management capabilities to enable effective automated test data provisioning.
• Leverage engineering tools and practices to improve testing effectiveness.
• Contribute to the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of end‑to‑end test solutions.
• Partner with developers to define and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Ready/Done.
