Mainframe System Programmer

RACF Administrator | Mainframe Security | z/OS

We are looking for a RACF Administrator to support a secure and highly regulated mainframe environment. This role focuses on user access management, security controls, and audit readiness within a z/OS platform.

If you enjoy working in structured environments and owning access control processes end to end, this is a strong fit.

What You Will Do

• Manage full user lifecycle in RACF including creation, modification, and deactivation
• Provision and maintain access to datasets and system resources
• Administer RACF groups, roles, and access controls
• Support MFA setup and troubleshoot authentication issues
• Generate audit reports and support compliance reviews
• Manage basic certificate and key ring activities
