Maintenance Associate- Building -12 Hour Shift

Position Summary The responsibilities include repair and preventive maintenance of building equipment such as shrink wrappers, automatic freezer doors, HVAC units, UPS, lighting, garbage compacting equipment, fire doors, emergency generator, fire alarm systems, MHE, overhead doors, dock plates, trailer restraints, racking, garbage handling equipment, and other facility components.

What You'll Do

Perform repair and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.

Support CMMS by managing and prioritizing maintenance requests, logging work orders, and tracking equipment maintenance history.

Promote a culture of health and safety within the team and adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Follow equipment manufacturer guidelines and company procedures to ensure all tasks are performed to the highest standard.

Adhere to provincial laws, company training standards, and regulatory requirements when performing duties....
