What Do You Need To Be Successful

• 1-2 years of building systems and maintenance experience, preferably within a multi-residential asset class.
• Passion for providing an exceptional resident service experience through excellent communication skills.
• Someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work on-call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends).
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, HVAC & mechanical systems, and painting.
