Maintenance Coordinator (CSJ)

Assistin general maintenance, minor repairs, upkeep of Helping Hands building. Tasks may include painting, carpentry, cleaning, basic plumbing or electrical (under mentor supervision), facility upkeep, setup/takedown for events, organizing storage, safetychecks.

Work alongsideexperiencedmentor with 40+ years of construction experience to do minor building repairs and preventative maintenance.

Perform regular building inspections (safety, cleanliness) and report any larger issues to mentor or management.

Supervision plan:

Supervisor: “Facilities/Maintenance Mentor” — on-site supervision, daily/hands-on. More than 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Feedback: informal daily guidance, formal weekly check-ins.

Preferred education: none required; willing to accept youth with interest and aptitude.

Hours / Duration / Wage: e.g.35 hours/week, 8weeks, $21/hour
