Maintenance Coordinator

Expressions of interest are sought for the position, Maintenance Coordinator, at our Oberon plant.

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for optimising plant performance by managing the day-to-day Plant maintenance ensuring compliance with legislations, site standards, policies, and procedures. The role will maintain the safe mechanical operation of the plant with a target to reduce unplanned downtime while continually supporting and implementing maintenance strategies and procedures. Responsibilities also include contributing to and actively participating in the ongoing transition to pro-active maintenance services and accurately registering work data in the maintenance systems. The Maintenance Coordinator will review performance reports and develop strategies to reduce downtime and optimise plant performance.
