Maintenance Manager

Summary

The Maintenance Manager will develop and implement technical and preventative maintenance plans for buildings by leading the efficiency of all operational activities within the technical services department.

Salary Range

$90,000 - $95,000 plus car monthly car allowance

What you’ll get to do

• Perform site inspections, develop reports and improvement plans for managed properties.
• Responsible for resolving all outstanding open work orders that exceed 30 days.
• Recommend solutions to help move the work orders item(s) towards resolution with the Property Managers and Directors.
• Supervise department team members to perform accurate general, routine maintenance, minor repairs, fire safety, and scheduled servicing operations in accordance with health & safety.
• Provide new team members with training including but not limited to fire, life & health & safety.
