Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing the maintenance function across the plant, ensuring all critical equipment, production-related equipment, and supporting assets are maintained safely and effectively. The role includes implementing and updating preventive maintenance programs, managing breakdowns, overseeing maintenance staff, ensuring availability of critical spare parts, and coordinating with Production and QC departments to support smooth plant operations. The role requires both hands-on technical involvement and administrative management, as the Maintenance Manager will supervise a large team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians while also handling planning, reporting, maintenance cost tracking, and operational support.
