Maintenance Manager - Redcliff

Position Overview

The Maintenance Manager plays a critical leadership role within the Redcliff manufacturing facility, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. This role directs a unionized maintenance team, drives process improvements, supports capital planning, and advances Saint‑Gobain ’s World Class Manufacturing (WCM) model of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Role model safety standards and foster a culture of safe behaviors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance team members.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations including work orders, planning, and troubleshooting.
• Drive root‑cause analyses (EWO) and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Manage budgets, contractors, and capital projects.
• Utilize and train team members on SAP and CMMS tools.
