What You Will Do

Team Leadership & Operational Management

• Lead, supervise, and support all maintenance staff, service providers, and contractors.
• Establish expectations and mentor team members through proactive communication and one‑on‑one engagement.
• Manage team performance reviews in consultation with the Property Manager.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities for efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation (e.g., Residential Tenancies Act, Fire Code, OHSA, RentSafe TO, WorkSafeBC).
