Maintenance Planner
Works in support of the maintenance planner, responsible for work orders, PMs, and CMs. Monitors mechanical and equipment problems, escalates complex issues, provides support for new equipment installation, maintenance, and parts replacement, coordinates with purchasing and vendors on acquisition and disposal of equipment, logs and documents production problems, identifies and reports potential problem areas.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement detailed maintenance plans and schedules for preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate with production, operations, and other departments to minimize downtime and disruption during maintenance work.
Create and manage work orders, ensuring proper documentation, resource allocation (labor, materials, tools), and adherence to safety protocols.
Identify and procure necessary parts and materials, working closely with purchasing and inventory control.
