Role Description

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setup equipment for production
Repair production equipment as well as facilities where required
Tech
Troubleshooting emergency breakdowns as necessary
Preventative maintenance, fixing breakdowns and/or replacing parts on many different production machines.
Fabrication by drilling, welding, operating many power tools as required to fix machines or build new parts
Working with different systems including: pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment
Reading blueprints, diagrams and schematic diagrams
ACCOUNTABILITY: Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Provincially recognized credentials for Industrial Mechanic / Millwright / Electrician or Technical training
Forklift experience
WHIMIS or First Aid tickets, (asset as training will be provided)
