Maintenance Sr. Manager

Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for equipment, facilities, and infrastructure, ensuring their optimal operation, availability, and safety, as well as compliance with applicable quality, cost, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial, commercial, or facilities maintenance.
• Experience coordinating work teams and managing maintenance programs.
• Essential experience in a metalworking and/or automotive plant.
• Advanced English required.
• WCM knowledge preferred.
