Maintenance Supervisor

Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort are looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to support our Maintenance department on a full-time basis.

In this role, the successful candidate will assist in coordinating and carrying out all maintenance requirements across the property.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in leading and executing the preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal property performance.
• Assist in supervising a team of two Maintenance Officers
• Provide hands-on support by performing repairs and maintenance as required across the property.
• Supervise and support key service areas including, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, pest control, cleaning, fire protection, security control systems, hydraulic services, and approved contractor works.
