Job Summary

Maintenance Supervisor (Unionized) – Full‑time, day shift, Monday to Friday – Longueuil, Quebec, Canada. Responsible for supervising a team of unionized mechanics, electrotechnicians, refrigeration technicians, and pipefitters in maintaining and improving the reliability of production equipment for aerospace components.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities

• Supervise a team of unionized employees.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and assign work priorities.
• Act as a resource person for the department.
• Apply the rules of the collective agreement.
• Lead projects (layout, health & safety, environment, productivity, etc.) for continuous improvement.
• Act as prevention officer and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety rules.
• Coordinate services during planned and unplanned interventions to support internal clients.
