Key Job Responsibilities

• Scheduling routine inspections and preventive maintenance for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Negotiating contracts with third‑party providers and supervising their performance.
• Ensuring the building meets all local fire, health, and safety codes. This includes managing emergency evacuation plans and fire drills.
• Drafting annual budgets, tracking utility expenses, and managing CapEx for major repairs.
• Addressing occupant complaints and overseeing move‑in/move‑out logistics.
