Maintenance Supervisor Duties include:
Continental days 7:00 – 19:00 (Flexi time). 
Lead and implement maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement. 
Implement and effectively establish key engineering processes. 
Deliver most effective maintenance program to meet site performance. 
Plan and improve site reliability. 
Implement PPMs. 
Update and control CMMS (Spidex and Mainsaver). 
Developing individuals to have correct competencies. 
Maintenance Supervisor Requirements include: 
Apprentice trained or degree equivalent in engineering discipline. 
Strong working knowledge of continuous improvement.
