Maintenance Team Member

Position Summary

Oak Island Resort & Golf is looking for reliable, hardworking, and team-focused individuals to join our Maintenance Team. This role supports the day-to-day upkeep of the resort, including the campground, marina, golf course, clubhouse, grounds, buildings, equipment, and guest areas.

Maintenance staff play a major role in keeping the resort clean, safe, functional, and welcoming for guests. This position is hands‑on and requires someone who is comfortable working outdoors, using tools and equipment, solving problems, and jumping in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain resort grounds, roads, campsites, marina areas, buildings, and common spaces.
• Perform general repairs and maintenance on facilities, equipment, docks, signage, fencing, and landscaping.
