**Position Summary**
Under limited supervision, provides support to production lines by ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient operation of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic equipment. Responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery in compliance with safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
**Position Responsibilities**
+ OEE Improvement: Help drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvements by escalating issues through proper channels to ensure timely resolution and continuous enhancement of production efficiency.
