Position: Maintenance Technician - Plumbing & Mechanical

Location: Labman HQ, Seamer, North Yorkshire

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 based on experience


Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Facilities / Maintenance Technician with a strong plumbing and mechanical background to join our maintenance team.

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the upkeep and improvement of our buildings, facilities, and production areas. You'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across plumbing, mechanical systems, building services, and general site infrastructure, helping to ensure our facilities remain safe, reliable, and efficient.

We're looking for someone who enjoys practical problem-solving, takes ownership of maintenance issues, and can work independently while supporting the wider business.
