Maintenance Technician

Job Summary This role is responsible for independently troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems. This role responds to production breakdowns during assigned shift to ensure timely restoration of equipment and minimize downtime. Role and Responsibilities 1. Equipment Maintenance: a) Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems independently. b) Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including motors, control circuits, contactors, sensors, and switches. c) Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical faults in gearboxes, pneumatic systems, belts, bearings, rotating equipment, and basic hydraulic systems. d) Perform mechanical adjustments, component replacement, and minor repair work to restore equipment operation. e) Diagnose basic to intermediate equipment faults and implement appropriate corrective actions.
