Work Setup: Hybrid (2x a week) during probation, with flexibility to transition to Remote after successful probation

JOB OVERVIEW

The Management Accountant is responsible for supporting the finance function through accurate and timely financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis. The role involves hands‑on accounting work, analytical review, and support for the month‑end process. The position requires strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Confidently execute month‑end processes, including journal posting for: Prepayments, Expense Accruals, Fixed Asset Acquisition and Depreciation, Revenue Accruals, etc.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare draft P&Ls with analysis and commentary.
