Management and Program Analyst

Summary This position is located in Loan Guaranty Service (LGY) and reports to the Principal Assistant Director, Administration. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Program Resource Liaison responsible for administrative and technical program operations; including program analysis, strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and special initiatives. Responsibilities Specific duties include: Develops integrated program planning analyses addressing operational priorities, resource utilization, and workload trends and staffing estimates for multiple years. Utilizes a variety of statistical computer applications involving trend analysis and other estimating techniques. Composes and coordinates responses to program and resource-related inquiries from staff and other stakeholders, analyzing data needs and selecting resources from a wide variety of information systems to support program positions.
