Management Trainee

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotation program across various departments including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources and Project Management.
• Support senior management in the development and execution of strategic initiatives and business plans.
• Conduct market research, analyze data and prepare reports to inform decision‑making.
• Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
