Position: Management Trainee F&B Retail (BBQ Shop)
Location : Singapore
Industry : Food & Beverage
Working Hours : 12 hours/day, 4 off days per month
Salary :

• Oversee daily shop operations, including setup, cleanliness, and closing procedures
• Assist in BBQ item preparation and ensure product quality and hygiene standards
• Operate the cashier system and handle payments when needed
• Serve customers promptly, professionally, and warmly
• Introduce and recommend products to customers confidently
• Ensure a pleasant dining or takeaway experience for every customer
• Support stock control and restocking as required

• Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented
• Willing to work long shifts and learn all aspects of store operations
