The Management Trainee (MT) is responsible for acquiring hands-on knowledge of Quicklean Laundromat’s operational systems, service standards, and people management practices.

This role is designed to prepare the employee for future supervisory or managerial positions by ensuring consistent execution of operational procedures, customer service excellence, and compliance with company policies and quality standards.
