Manager Advanced Engineering

Job Purpose Dana is searching for a skilled and motivated candidate in the area of Manager, Advanced Engineering to support the development of high voltage motor and inverter technologies in support of Dana’s upcoming e-Propulsion platform hardware portfolio. This work involves developing key technologies to reduce cost, improve efficiency and performance, reduce packaging volume while simultaneously reducing implementation time to market. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers and subject matter experts from initial concept creation through proof of concept (PoC) testing to implementation of technology on Dana’s next e-Propulsion platforms

Interface with product planning, sales, purchasing and engineering organizations to align on technology roadmap
