This candidate will lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for building and scaling modern, cloud-native platforms using an AI-accelerated, agentic delivery model. Acting as a player‑coach, this individual will balance people leadership with hands-on technical oversight, driving quality, velocity, and innovation. The role partners closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful software solutions while shaping best-in-class AI-native development practices across the organization.
