Role Description

Summary:
The Commercial Operations Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership to a team of 10 to 15, highly technical quoting staff supporting the business. The role is heavily focused on talent development, the deployment of sound commercial strategies, leading continuous improvement initiatives and the delivery of a positive internal & external customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team(s) of Application Engineers and quoting staff in the consistent generation of high quality, on time, value priced proposals, technical design decisions that provide value to the client. Responsible for ensuring front-line Comm Ops teams are driving margin, making value-add pricing decisions, and delivering best-in-class support to Engineering, Sales and end-user clients.
