Manager, Construction

Purpose Manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects across Allied’s occupied portfolio.

As a Manager, Construction, you will oversee a range of tenant improvements and capital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Construction, you will collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and tenants to lead project execution from design through to close‑out. Your work will play a key role in maintaining operational continuity, enhancing the built environment, and supporting the overall performance and long‑term value of the portfolio.
