Manager, Creator Partnerships & UGC

This is a remote position. The Manager, Creator Partnerships & UGC is the business owner of the MAG Creator Platform, My Amazon Guys proprietary system for managing user-generated content (UGC) and affiliate partnerships across 400+ brands. This role oversees the platforms success end-to-end: strategy, operations, and team growth. Working alongside the Lead Developer, the Manager ensures the product roadmap, creator network, and campaign operations scale efficiently while meeting ROI targets for MAGs brands. As the point leader for creator partnerships and affiliate-driven growth, the Manager will establish scalable workflows for onboarding, compliance, content approvals, payments, and reporting. By building strong creator relationships and ensuring campaign excellence, they will drive revenue and elevate content quality across the portfolio.
