Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Manager of Data Platforms to join one of our large enterprise clients in the payments industry, responsible for leading teams that operate Kafka and Managed File Transfer platforms within mission‑critical environments.
In this role, you will lead teams of system engineers responsible for the availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise data platforms that support both real‑time and batch data movement across internal systems, external partners, and clients. These platforms operate in a 24/7 production environment and are critical to the organization’s core business operations.
You will serve as the primary point of escalation for complex or high‑impact incidents, supporting engineering teams and determining when vendor engagement is required.
