Manager, DevOps

We are seeking a DevOps Manager to lead and spearhead our enterprise DevOps initiatives. This role will oversee a diverse technology stack including Salesforce, Azure Cloud, Jira, Bamboo, MuleSoft, SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks, among others.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

Define and execute the DevOps vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organization.

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing DevOps team.

Partner with engineering, product, and IT stakeholders to align DevOps practices with business goals.

Platform & Tool Ownership

Oversee CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo and other automation tools.

Manage Jira workflows and integrations to support agile delivery.

Drive adoption and optimization of Azure Cloud services including Data Factory and Databricks.

Ensure seamless integration and deployment across Salesforce and MuleSoft environments.
