Manager (Digital Planning & Performance)

You are responsible for developing strategic priorities and overseeing the implementation of the digital and data transformation plans within MINDEF/SAF.

• Support Chief Information Officer in formulating strategic digital transformation plans and conceptualisation of new initiatives for the organisation
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the organisation's digital and data capabilities development
• Work alongside other teams to assess progress of digitalisation plans and ensure alignment with MINDEF/SAF priorities
• Drive evaluation and performance monitoring to ensure strategic objectives are met
• Review and monitor enterprise risk management for digital and data initiatives in MINDEF/SAF
• Challenge(s): Managing and performing myriad of activities in both plans and operations
• Bringing forth new ideas and initiatives
