 In this role, you will: Develop, test, deploy, and maintain data collection and management tools using SQL Server, Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Python and other solutions.

Financial reporting and analytics for the Real Estate team. This includes performing DPMO responsibilities for Real Estate projects, monthly SIP reporting to EPMO/Finance

Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. 

Business case development for new projects within the ABWT and W4 programs 

Develop and maintain utilization dashboards, space planning models, conduct analysis, drive insight into the effectiveness of space optimization, and provide timely weekly/monthly reports on space utilization 

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain reports, semantic models, and dataflows in Power BI.
