Manager, Funds Transfer Pricing

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented professional to join RBC’s Corporate Treasury team as a Retail Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) Manager. In this role you will provide pricing guidance to retail business lines, ensure accurate cost‑of‑funds reporting, and drive product profitability for core banking products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver daily pricing indication reports, ensuring accuracy through data validation, corrections, and analysis of results.
• Analyze short‑ and long‑term trends in market spreads and assess their impact on FTP rates distributed to RBC business lines.
• Conduct ad‑hoc FTP analyses and develop insightful presentations for senior management and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Treasury teams to support enterprise‑wide initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
