**Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month**

**Annual Salary Pay: $105,000-$112,000 per year**

**Annual Bonus Potential: Up to 20% of base salary**

**Experience leading startup operations is preferred**

**Experience with systems development and training is preferred**

**Experience successfully leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing leaders is preferred**

**Up to 75% travel**
