What The Role Is
Join us in shaping how HDB captures and leverages its knowledge and information to drive better decisions, improve operations, and foster organisational learning. In this role, you will manage, review and enhance the frameworks and systems that keep HDB's information organised and accessible across its full lifecycle, and contribute to capability building in addition to coordinating HDB's contributions to Parliamentary matters.
What You Will Be Working On
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Competency Framework Development
Work with HDB's domain experts to develop and refresh structured competency frameworks that define the skills and capabilities our staff need, to guide their professional growth;
- Parliamentary Matters Coordination
Coordinate HDB's contributions to Parliamentary matters, including Parliamentary Questions, by working with relevant operating groups to ensure timely, accurate, and well-substantiated inputs and responses;
